Bridges News

Keeping in touch with people plays a major role in keeping the Bridges
For Youth Centers open for kids. Whether it be an upcoming fundraiser, an urgent  and immediate need, or simply a story about the kids who attend our centers, you wouldn't know about any of these if you weren't connected with us.

Several stories come to mind of people who have made a difference by simply responding to a need, request, or story in the Bridgebuilder.  A need for an air hockey table was mentioned last year, and a couple responded by donating one they no longer used and was just sitting in their basement.  More recently a neighborhood church noticed we needed snacks and showed up with 18 cases of Little Debbie snacks they had in their food pantry. The need for a 15 passenger van was expressed two years ago, and a  church van was donated that was no longer used. Everyone can make a difference in some way, but it all starts with being connected.
