Bridges accepts donations from the list below at our offices at 1039 W. Nichols.

We operate the 4 Bridges For Youth centers
on a shoestring budget or less and need donations of the items below for daily use at the centers

Call 864-4167 for appt. time for donation drop off or pick up.

  • Counter rags,
  • Kool Aid drink mixes in tubs                                      



Needs

Marshfield-Drinking Fountain, 30 x 30 concrete pad for basketball & 4 square.

Madison- 2 5 ton gas furnaces, sheetrocker & finisher.  

15 Passenger Van- New or Used

A Big Dream is always to pay off a mortgage on one of our centers.  Gifts given in memory or in honor of loved ones will be acknowledged perpetually at the facility in which the donation was given.

 

Marshfield-1500-2000 square foot building with yard for play area for Bridges For Youth center. Our Marshfield center was established in 2006. Attendance continues to grow and our dream is to have our own free standing building that will serve the community for years to come.   Purchased in May of 2011


Porch overhang at High Street and soffitt need to be replaced.    This Bridges location is at 2143 W. High and the need is urgent, as it has been on our needs list for a couple of years. Donation on 12/7/10

New Air Hockey table for National  Bridges.For Youth      $895

$2500 for construction permits and expenses on our newest Bridges at 1230 W. Madison.
All permits submitted on 6/23/10

Helping kids by volunteering!

An acquaintance recently shared with me that the time we are blessed with each day is actually God’s.  As stewards of that time we are responsible for using that time wisely to the glory of God.

One of the best things you can do besides supporting Bridges For Youth financially is to come alongside us and be a volunteer.

You have the opportunity to be a regular volunteer at any of our youth centers.
Generally, our volunteer need at the centers is from 3:30 in the afternoon until 5:30. On Fridays we are open until 8:30, so we have a need for volunteers between 3:30 to 8:30 pm.

Volunteer forms and background check forms are available by calling 864-4167. Background checks are required to work around the kids.
